Do you like working with middle and high school youth? The First Congregational Church of Bellingham – an open and affirming church community where everyone is welcome - has an opening for a youth coordinator. This person will plan and lead activities with both the middle and high school youth groups, as part of supporting the youth as they explore their faith journey. They will also lead the youth on their annual summer mission trip and coordinate fundraising efforts with the youth and families for their trip. The job is salaried at 20 hours per week and is a one year commitment. This person will work with a strong, supportive and fun staff along with a welcoming church community. This position requires someone with skills in the areas of leadership, decision making, organization, and human relations, combined with a love for young people.
