Tara Katrine Olsen's Ordination

Tara Katrine Olsen was Ordained by the Cumberland Association, Maine Conference United Church of Christ on Sunday, August 15. It was a glorious day and the 200-year old Cumberland Congregational Church was packed with family and friends overjoyed for Tara. The service was uniquely Tara with her parents leading the Call to Worship, her brother, Rev. Erick Olsen offering the pastoral prayer, her fiancé, Daemian Allen and his father providing the Offertory and teens from the Youth Group serving as ushers and acolytes. Reverend Tara Olsen will begin her ministry with us in early September.
