The Called to Care Team presents a 2-part series on end-of-life care for yourself and your loved ones. This session will focus on filling out forms and what you need to talk with family and doctors about regarding your wishes for healthcare interventions. It’s never too early or too late to ponder such important decisions.

The Called to Care Team continues its member support with this chance to write down how you’d like to be remembered in a memorial service. What are your favorite hymns and which would you haunt your family for choosing? What scripture passages are meaningful to you and why? What do you want loved ones to know about your spirituality or faith? Leaving such information will be a gift to those who will want to celebrate your life.
