One of the ministries of our Membership Board is to reach out to members of the congregation we haven’t seen in a while. Why? Because we miss you and want to know what’s happening in your life!

Our Memorial Garden, a visible reminder of God’s love, offers a permanent resting place for the cremated or composted remains of our church members and their families.

Thursday, August 17 we begin an ongoing Grandparents Support Group. Join us in the Fireplace Room from 10:30 am-12:00 noon. After this beginning, we plan to continue on the second Thursdays of each month.

James E. Bradshaw (91) passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 surrounded by loving family members.

Our congregation is full of talented people and one of our members, Jean Waight, is holding a book presentation at Village Books for her memoir The River Beyond the Dam: Shooting the Rapids of Progressive Christianity. The event is June 22, 6:00-7:00 pm at Village Books.

Our society often shouts the joys of grandparenting, but we know that it also sometimes comes with unexpected concerns or even heartache.

You are cordially invited to Ferndale Community Services’ spring fundraiser, “An Afternoon of Piano.” The event will be held on June 24th from 4pm-5:30pm at Christ Lutheran Church in Ferndale. This event features award-winning classical pianist Paige Wiesinger.  Currently a student at Western Washington University, Paige is studying with Jeffrey Gilliam and working towards her B.M. in piano performance.
