Dear Parents & Grandparents of 8th, 9th, & 10th graders,
I’m thrilled that we’re moving forward with a Confirmation+ offering this spring! It’ll be for 8-10th graders wanting to deepen their connection to one another and the Divine (Holy/God/Spirit) through conversation about topics that are meaningful here and now. If they choose to be confirmed at the end, great! If they simply want to be part of the group and not be confirmed as members of the congregation, great!
Click on the image below to download a poster to share with your youth (and they are welcome to bring a friend!). Please have them let me know if they’re considering joining us for these sessions 6:00-8:00 pm on Sundays between Easter and Pentecost (April 12-May 17). If there is enough youth interest, I’d like to have an adult session running concurrently, discussing the same topics (chosen by youth), then spend the last part of each class in shared conversations between youth & adults.
