Since last week's Mission Monday email, our Faithful Action email group has gotten off the ground! There has been sharing of ideas and resources, and opportunities to take direct action. As Pastor Sharon reminded us, "Jesus’ faith had him turning tables and speaking truth to power. Those of us who are able are encouraged to follow. The rest of us can pray and take care of people." However you can take action, sharing information and support with each other is valuable. To be added to this our Faithful Action email group, contact office@fccb.net.
Here are reminders of the many ways we can care for our immigrant brothers and sisters living in fear and in the shadows throughout Whatcom County.
