The United Church of Christ is launching a national art contest for UCC children and youth to draw, color, or paint about climate hope, environmental justice, or protecting the Earth.

Thanks to the First Congregational volunteers who joined a team of NWYS staff and youth for a great BBQ on Thursday, September 15.  It was a great way for church folks and youth to get to know each other a bit, plus just have a great celebration with food, games and face painting!

Courtney has served in the Pacific Northwest Conference for the past six years as Minister for Church Vitality, and previously served as Acting Conference Minister during the Rev. Mike Denton’s sabbatical.
