The Full Circle Blog

  • The song, “Light of a Clear Blue Morning,” expresses what so many of us feel – that it’s been a long hard year, yet so many people pulled together at First Congregational to keep us going toward the new dawn ahead.  As your lay moderator team, we wanted to share some observations and reflections on what we have seen, experienced and where we are now as a faith community.

  • This is a creative time in community, chatting and creating with artist and facilitator, Lisa Thorpe. Bring lunch to this live zoom event and nibble away while Lisa demonstrates design and layout for your fabric collage.

  • We miss seeing you!  Help us gather pictures of our times together. Would you like to help supply pictures to make a library of photos? Arts in Worship has been asked to do some work on gathering pictures which could be used by staff in our Zoom Worship services.

  • In light of recent and ongoing events, it seems important to reflect on our individual concepts of racism.

  • Today’s Midweek Message is in the form of two letters, one from our Pastor for Youth, Young Adults, & Mission, who has begun returning to work this week (hooray!), and one from our Lead Pastor, who shares updated information on several topics. Please take some time to stay in touch with what’s happening in your faith community.
